As a premiere Chicago Newborn Photographer, Julia Franzosa Photography recommends having your newborn photography session take place when your baby is between 5 and 7 days old. This timeframe ensures that we are able to capture the most poses of your sleepy, curly newborn. Along with individual portraits of your newborn we usually mix in some photojournalistic family images. It is so important to preserve these first few days of your baby’s life as they change so quickly.
